Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Office Renovation and Bio-wall Repair

2,600 sq.ft. modification of existing break-room converted to office space.
This project was unique because the building was LEED gold and required very specific materials as well as LEED credit tracking.
In addition, there was repair work completed at the bio-wall. The bio-wall is a 45′ x 15′ living wall which spans the 3rd, 4th, & roof levels and acts as a return filter for the HVAC system. It eliminates the need for large quantities of outside air and allows this 33,000 sq.ft. building to function with a much smaller HVAC system, saving energy.
