5,000 sq. ft. medical office fitout in an existing, stand-alone building. This space, servicing Overlook Hospital, was a relocation of their Outpatient Behavioral Health services. In addition, the exterior of the building was refurbished to include paving, striping, signage, lighting, new decks & ramps, security, card readers, and a completely new HVAC/BMS system.
