Robbinsville, NJ

– Due to the industrial and internet boom, Amazon needed to expand their existing 300,000 sq. ft. production line in Robbinsville, NJ.

– This project included adding 162,000 sq. ft. of new warehouse space, but the work needed to be done while Amazon operations remained open and active.

– To complete this project: temporary walls were constructed, racking and conveyor belt systems were temporarily relocated, and the existing building had to maintain constant temperature throughout.

– After the new building was constructed and conditioned, the temporary walls were removed and the interior industrial line expanded. All work was done without disrupting their 24-hour business operations during the holiday season.
