With 40 years of experience in Construction Management, Ed brings unparalleled expertise to the field. Beginning his career as an operating engineer while proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Ed transitioned to commercial carpentry, serving as a Foreman in Local Union 15, Hackensack, NJ. He further honed his skills through the Construction Technology Program at Newark College of Engineering.
Ed’s impressive portfolio includes over 30 million square feet of ground-up warehousing and distribution facilities, as well as approximately 5 million square feet of office fit-outs and ground-up construction. He has successfully managed budgets ranging from $50,000 to $75 million, overseeing every aspect of the project lifecycle.
His responsibilities have encompassed preliminary design development, budgeting, value engineering, cost control, fast-track scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ed’s extensive experience and dedication make him a trusted leader in the construction industry.
