Primera President, Bibo Xu, reached out to TriCon to consult on Primera’s purchase of an existing 25,000 sq.ft., 1960’s Research and Development Lab building.
TriCon was tasked with pre-construction services to develop conceptual design and construction budgets for a new, state of the art, testing lab facility.
TriCon stepped into the General Contractor’s role and worked with Primera’s in-house Project Manager, Ian Pedersen.
The project involved:
-Permits and approvals
-A complete interior demolition and rebuilding of offices & lab areas, including all finishes
-Careful modification/selective demolition of existing utilities (i.e. high voltage electric service, underground plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC) to keep costs low
